Description
This amendment corrects the description for Sources Sought Notice W15QKN-09-X-0619. Please refer to the description below for W15QKN-09-X-0619: The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions and Contracting Center, is issuing this Sources Sought Notice on behalf of the U.S. Army ARDEC. The U.S. Army is conducting a market survey to identify vendors capable of evaluating current drawing packages and specifications and determining the effort required and support necessary to produce a Technical Data Package (TDP) that will be suitable for a re-procurement solicitation. Prospective vendors shall have intimate knowledge of all Army Automatic Test Systems (ATS), the Tank Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) Test Program Set (TPS) process, the Armament Research Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) technical data practices and procedures, and the ARDEC Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) process. Interested parties will be required to perform a detailed analysis and evaluation of a Level 2 technical data drawings and specifications for specific Army automatic test equipment and provide a detailed analysis of the requirement to assemble a recomplete package, develop top level drawing structures, and architect the sub drawing trees. It is anticipated that this requirement can be successfully executed by a disadvantaged small business or an 8(a) certified company. The value of this effort is expected to be under $100,000.00. Interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by providing a document outlining their capabilities based upon the above description. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government and should be sent within 7 working days of this announcement to: U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions and Contracting Center, CCJM-MA, Bldg. 10, Phipps Road, ATTN: Michael Zanowicz, Contract Specialist, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000. This is a Market Survey for information purposes only, and not a pre-solicitation notice, nor a request for proposals. If a formal requirement is generated at a later date, a pre-solicitation notice will be published. All comments or questions in response to this market survey are due no later than 13 July 2009. Correspondence by e-mail is preferred. Send e-mails to: michael.zanowicz@us.army.mil, Phone: (973) 724-2896.
