- Draft Statement of Work FOR COMMENT ONLY Western Federal Lands Highway Division is anticipating the solicitation and award of new multi-discipline A/E services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts. In preparation for this action, we are publicizing this draft Statement of Work SOLELY for industry review and comment. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Comments and questions will ONLY be accepted via email: wfl.ae@fhwa.dot.gov We are anticipating issuing the Request for Qualifications within the next 30 days. It is suggested that Interested contractors register as an "Interested Vendor" on this site.
