- Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number L09PS00861 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-30. The Bureau of Land Management encourages the participation of small, disadvantaged and women owned business enterprises. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 444220 and the Small Business Standard size $6.5.
