In compliance with the Act, the Government posts this notice that award was made under Contract N40085-09-C-9408 in the amount of $4,057,000 to P&S Construction, Inc., Lowell, MA 01852 This award is made pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 637(a) Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act as prescribed in FAR Part 19, Subpart 19.8, Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program) and FAR Part 14. Summary of project scope: The work to be performed - Project ST200-03 for Roof and Window Repairs - Training Facility, Bldg. 170 at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME - includes removal and replacement relieving angles, flashings and associated components, removal and replacement of cracked brick masonry, deteriorated mortar joints, removal and replacement window units, install window flashing and concrete sill flashings, and - incidental related work.
