- This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government posts this notice that award was made under Contract N40085-09-D-5344-0009 in the amount of $360,446.00 to R&W Construction Company, Inc. of Jacksonville, NC. This task order award is made in accordance with FAR Subpart 16.5 - Indefinite-Delivery Contracts, Paragraph 16.505. Summary of Project Scope: The work to be performed includes the design and construction of a solar pool heating system at the Combat Training Pool, Building 289. This system is to be the primary means of heating the pool water with the existing steam heating system to be used as supplemental heating when solar is not sufficient. This project is located at Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, North Carolina.
