- Location map Vicinity Map Hogback Treatment table SF 18 - Hogback Vegitation Control AG-52B1-S-09-0034 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation number AG-52B1-S-09-0034 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33. This requirement is being solicited 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS Code is 115310, Size Standard $17 Million; and this requirement is for a fixed priced contract. The statement of work reads: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to provide herbicide vegetation control to the Hogback area of the Monongahela National Forest. Service Contract Act labor rates apply, see DOL Wage Determination 05-2573, Revision 7 dated 05/826/2009 for applicable labor rates A pre-solicitation conference is scheduled for 10am on July 10, 2009. Location is cited int he solicitation documents. The anticipated award date is on-or-about July 31, 2009; the government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, provides the best value considering Experience (Technical), Past Performance and Price.
