- The purpose of this amendment is to answer question posed by offerors (see the attached), extend the due date for proposal submission from Monday, July 6, 2009 12:00 noon DC local time to Thursday July 9, 2009 12:00 noon DC local time, and revise the SOW as follows: SOW, page 3 Item 3.2, ADD: (Contractor must drive on the runways/airside and is responsible for any fees associated with trash removal). The Contractor shall provide their own solution to accomplish this task. All offerors must confirm the receipt of this amendment in their proposal. The remainder of the solicitation shall remain unchanged.
