- Statement of work attached. Under this project, Contractor will design an outreach and recruitment model for green jobs. The Women’s Bureau, Region VI, is soliciting a Contractor to work with the WB Region VI office to increase the participation of women in an existing green job training program or programs (as defined in the introduction) to 20 percent. The targeted area for this project is: Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico or Texas.
