Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 32,996 rentable square feet yielding at least 28,657 ANSI/BOMA area square feet of office and related space in Kansas City, Missouri metropolitan area. Ample affordable parking for 156 employees shall be located within two (2) blocks. Lease term is ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space must be situated within an area delineated by the following boundaries: North: Little Blue Rd, then E 79th Street, then NE Woods Chapel Road to I-470 East: I-470, then Highway 291 South: SW 3rd St. West: View High Dr. to I470, to Blue River to Noland Rd. Space shall be located in a quality office building and in an area that presents a professional image. The building will be compatible with its surroundings. Space must meet the Federal Government’s standards for fire safety and handicapped accessibility, and be located outside a 100-year floodplain. Secure office space and facilities in an office building, fully serviced and capable of meeting Government specifications are required. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence from the ownership that they are authorized to represent the building. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1. Building name and address., 2. Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot, 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4. Common Area Factor (s) for available space by floor if applicable, In all correspondence include the following: 1) Name, address and telephone number of the individual offering and to be contacted; 2) Incentives and inducements such as tenant improvement allowances, lessor provided enhancements, etc. Interested parties may submit pertinent information by July 14, 2009. This advertisement replaces the previous advertisement for Project # 7MO2032.
