- LANGUAGE SERVICES; SOLICITATION NUMBER: TFTP-GC-017382-B, Refresh #8 dated July 1, 2009. Point of contact: Management Services Center, Phone: 1-800-241-RAIN (7246). This refreshed standing solicitation for Multiple Award Schedule 738 II - Language Services replaces the previous version dated September 16, 2008. Submission using the refresh #8 solicitation will be required 30 days from its posting date. After 30 days, a proposal submitted under the previous version will be rejected. Central Contractor Registration is required prior to submission of offers. For more information on registration, visit www.ccr.gov. Registration in the Online Representations and Certifications Application is also required prior to the submission of an offer at http://orca.bpn.gov prior to the submission of an offer in response to the solicitation. The Special Item Numbers in the solicitation include: 382-1 Translation Services 382-2 Interpretation Services 382-3 Language Training and Educational Material 382-4 Comprehensive Linguistic Analytical Support Services 382-5 Services for the Visual and Hearing Impaired 382-99 New Technology in the field of Language Services. This solicitation is open continuously with no closing date and the resultant contract types are awarded as Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity; Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment. Contract periods commence on the Date of Award through a 5 year period with three 5-year option periods. The resultant contracts provide a streamlined acquisition approach for Federal Agencies to obtain Language Services. Agency ordering procedures for services and further information on the GSA Multiple Award Schedules program may be found at www.gsa.gov/schedules. GSA provides electronic copies of the solicitation, no paper copies will be provided. Interested parties may access a copy on www.fedbizopps.gov along with information on how to register to receive automatic notices of acquisitions.
