- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91QF709R0030. The Joint Force Headquarters, National Capital Region (JFHQ-NCR) and the Military District of Washington, have a requirement to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), business rules and training venues in accordance with applicable guidance. Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) program support are essential to ensure JFHQ-NCR and MDW are able to better conduct their mission functions. This requirement is an unrestricted procurement. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with one base year and two additional option years. The FSC Code is R799 and the NAICS Code is 561611.
