- The purpose of this announcement is to provide the location, date, time and proposed agenda for the MiDAESS pre-proposal conference. The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) will host a pre-proposal conference for the MiDAESS RFPs on Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at The Westin Huntsville, 6800 Governors West, NW, Huntsville, AL 35806. Proposed Agenda 08:00am – 09:00am Industry Check-in 09:00am – 09:10am Administrative Remarks 09:10am – 09:30am MiDAESS Program Update 09:30am – 11:00am Q & A Session 11:00am – 12:30pm Lunch Break 12:30pm – 02:30pm Q & A Session 02:30pm – 02:45pm Break 02:45pm – 04:00pm Wrap up Q & A Session 04:00pm – 04:20pm Closing Remarks / Adjourn This will be the only pre-proposal conference. Questions received have been consolidated based on topic area and responses will be provided to the entire audience. No one-on-one sessions will be held. Please note that the final RFPs have precedence over any responses provided during the pre-proposal conference.
