- The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United StatesNavy,Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command's (SPAWAR SYSCOM) proposes toaward a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source Contract to Oracle USA, Inc. Thiscontractwill be for a one-year Primavera software license maintenance renewal.Primavera is a client-server scheduling and project management tool. The toolis licensed from the vendor, Oracel USA, Inc on a per seat basis. Initiallicenses for these seats have already been purchased; this contract is for the12 month maintenance renewal of the software license and purchase Web Logicmiddleware (CLIN 0001AA) which is required to operate the software. Thisannouncement is for subcontracting possibilities only. The NAICS for thisprocurement is 511210 ($21,000,000 Dollars). Numbered Note 22 applies except all responses to this sole sourceannouncement must be received by 2:00pm Pacific Time on 16 July 2009 (15days).
