- BSM PR 0022721865. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1560-01-493-4397, Skin, Aircraft, IAW Northrop Grumman (CAGE 26512) part number 160D414010-38. FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. ORIGIN Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 275 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Full and Open competition applies. This is a Critical Application item, and First Article – Government applies. Export Control and Configuration Control aply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is July 13, 2009. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about August 12, 2009.
