This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number is F2P3E99176A001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotes must be received by Thursday, 9 July 2009 at 3:00 p.m. Greenwich Daylight Time (United Kingdom) or 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
