- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9124709T0334. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center Fort Bragg located at Fort Bragg, NC intends to issue a solicitation for a requirement to provide 100 rooms for lodging, 4 conferences spaces and meals for the Strong Bonds Retreat for military families to be held in Orlando, Florida for the 3-27 FAR Chaplains located at Fort Bragg, NC. The anticipated contract type will be firm-fixed price and the expected solicitation procedure is small business set aside. The period of performance begins 7 July 2009 through 10 July 2009. This requirement was determined to be classified under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 721110 Hotel Lodging (except casinos) with a small business size standard of $7,000.000. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued under solicitation number W91247-09-T-0334. The RFQ will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and Federal Business Opportunities https://www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. The anticipated posting of the RFQ is on or around 26 June 2009.
