- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91QF709T146. The MICC, Directorate of Contracting at Fort Myer, VA, intends to issue a solicitation for a requirement to produce and distribute Guide Books and detached maps for The Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall.The Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBM-HH hereafter) JBM-HH will offer advertising rights and authorizations, such as exclusive distribution rights, in accordance with DoDI 5120.4 and AR 360-1, instead of money as legal contractual consideration for printing and distribution of the publications at no cost to the government. The requirement will unrestricted. The NAICS code is 511110 Newspaper Publishers with a size standard of 500 employees. This will be a firm fixed no cost contract with a period of performance of one base year plus four one-year options when exercised by the government. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued under solicitation number W91QF7-09-T-0146. The RFQ will be available for downloading at the the fedbizopps website (https://www.fbo.gov ). Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments.
