- Combined Synopsis / Solicitaiton COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) is for a Firm Fixed Price contract, to procure an ION Network PRIISMS. (II) Submit written quotes on RFQ number F1D7419106AC01. (III) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. (IV) The associated NAICS code is 334310. The small business size standard is 750 employees. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is to purchase the following commercial products and services: This requirement is for the purchase and installation of an ION Network PRIISMS systems.. The delivery period shall be 30 days after award. CLIN UNIT UNIT PRICE TOTAL 0001 SA5630G2-IA: 8 serial ports, 2 modems, 2 Ethernet ports 1 EA 0002 PS-12B5A-48: 48 volt power supply 1 EA 0003 PR-5CS: PRIISMS Manager - 5 concurrent sessions 1 EA 0004 APL: PRIISMS APL module 1 EA 0005 Dell Server: Power Edge Server 1 EA 0006 PRO-100: STIG server 1 EA 0007 PRO-100: ION system configuration (Appliance & PRIISMS. Remote support) 1 EA 0008 Field Installation Services 1 EA 0009 Shipping 1 EA 0010 Secure Care: year 2 & 3 1 EA (VI) Brief description of requirement as follows: Vendor will provide and install a ION SA5600 Appliance with Proactive Remote Integrated Intelligent Secure Management Solution (RIISMS), Release 2.7 from ION Networks.. (VII) Place of performance is located at the 744th Communication Squadron, Andrews AFB, MD 20762. (VIII) The offeror must submit a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Nov 2007), with this quote. (IX) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (Feb 2007), applies to this acquisition.
