- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W31P4Q-09-T-0536. The Government anticipates to award a firm fixed price contract to Haigh-Farr. Inc., 43 Harvey Rd, Bedford NH, 03110-6805, for 200 Hellfire GPS Antenna Systems, part number HF8400-1. These systems must be built from an existing and proven drawing package. Haigh-Farr is the only known approved vendor for the required antenna kits for the Hellfire program. No manufacturers other than Haigh-Farr can provide these assemblies without being qualified. Only Haigh-Farr and no other source will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be fully considered by the agency.
