- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army-Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Merrimack College, 315 Turnpike St, North Andover, Ma 01845-5806 to conduct research and provide facilities and equipment access to facilitate NSRDEC cerebral lateralization and activation research critical to understanding and measuring state and trait indicators of emotional and/or physiological arousal and verbal and spatial processing. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested Parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, via e-mail at sandra.shoff@us.army.mil. No later than 2 July 2009. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available. See Note 22 which reduces the response time to 7 days.
