- The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment intends to award, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, a sole source contract to The Legal Action Center (LAC), located at 225 Varick Street, New York, NY 10014, to perform a 12-month project to develop and conduct regional trainings to assist SAMHSA/CSAT and its grantees in strengthening their partnerships with the workforce development networks in their communities, along with Department of Justice and Department of Labor grantees, to fulfill the Administration’s goal to increase public safety by addressing the reentry of formerly incarcerated individuals around the nation. The Contractor must comply with all state and federal regulations. This acquisition is being awarded under NAICS Code 541199. This contract is for a 12-month period of performance from date of award. No solicitation document is available at this time. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made based on responses obtained from the posting of presolicitation notice SAM3167.
