- Description
- RFQ #2009-Q-11398 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a Request for Quotation to acquire services to provide in Developing a Strategy and Assisting in writing and supporting policy changes for the City of Houston. Specifically, the contractor will assist the Houston Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (CLPPP) and the Houston Health Department legal interns in developing these protective policies. CDC expects that strategies will be determinied, laws will be written, passed and enforcement will be impemented as a result of this contract. The authority for this purchase order is FAR 13.106-1. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and CDC intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order. the North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 541690. Request for Quotation #2009-Q-11398 will be posted with this announcement. The anticipated award date is on or about August 2009.
