- Amendment 0004 (attached): 1. The following clauses are incorporated into this solicitation: 52.222-41 and 52.222-42. 2. Wage Determination 2005-2289 (Rev 8) is incoporated into the solicitation. 3. The provision at 52.212-2 is revised as follows: Insert: All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined are approximately equal to cost or price. Delete: All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined are significantly less important than cost or price. 4. The hour and date specified for receipt of offers is extended to 12:00 p.m.(CST) on 06 July 2009. 5. Offerors who have already submitted quotations may submit revisions through 12:00 p.m. (CST) on 06 July 2009.
