- Description
- IDIQ for real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction, residential and commercial work at Laughlin AFB, Spofford Auxilliary Airfield, and the South Winds Marina. Services will be performed by contractor through individual delivery orders issued as needed. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, and any other incidentals required to complete the project. The work includes a variety of trades such as carperntry, road repair, roofing, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, masonary, HVAC, etc. Work shall be performed in accordance with contract, specifications, and drawings. The performance period is 36 months from the date of award. The period of performace for each project will be stated in respective delivery orders. The negotiated coefficients listed below will be used for the life of the contract. The new edition to the RS Means will be effective upon publication. This was an 8(a) Sole Source acquisition. The date of award is 24 June 09. Maximum value of the contract is $3.5 million
