- Past Performance Information Form RFQ Document The Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation, is soliciting for a fixed price award for review and analysis of IAF monitoring and evaluation reports. Electronic submissions must be received no later than 2:00 PM ET, July 21, 2009. Questions are due by 2:00 PM ET, July 2, 2009. The vendor must identify their DUNS number. All experience discussed shall be related to or occurred in Latin America or the Caribbean. The Offeror shall provide a complete package for evaluation. The Offeror shall pay special attention to the required information specified on pages 14 and 15. The Offeror shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1449 completing blocks 30 a, b, and c, block 12, block 17a, and block 26. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that all persons on the mailing list will receive notifications.
