- This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted for one Yard Truck each delivered to Defense Commissary Agency CDC located in Guam. The successful contractors responsibility will be to deliver the Yard Truck, properly braced and blocked to the point of embarkation, Tracy Depot, CA. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about July 6, 2009 and will close July 27, 2009 at 4:00 PM. NAICS code is 333120 and the Business Size Standard is 750 for this requirement. The solicitation will be posted on www.fedbizopps.gov. Offers will be received through reverse auction via the online procurement services, FedBid at www.fedbid.com.
