- Contract GS-03P-04-DXD-0023 Delivery Order GS-P-03-09-CD-5085 Modification PS02 Modification PS02 was issued on June 26, 2009 to Jacobs Facilities, Inc. to provide IT Consulting Services, under a previously competed delivery order. This modification awards Task 1 of the IT Consulting Services to provide an IT Equipment Growth Model in the amount of $405,000.00. Optional Tasks 2 (Space, Power and Cooling Requirements), 3 (Raised Floor Master Plan) and 4 (Design Charette Participation) of the IT Consulting Services may be exercised by the Government at a later date.
