Description

Almanor Group Campground, Phase 2: work includes but is not limited to construction of a 4-station RV sanitary dump facility, base and pavement for campground loop roads, camp spurs, entrance road and trail, water and electrical service connections to campsite pedestals, installation of a 2-unit prefabricated concrete vault toilet, entrance plaza with kiosk and sign board, and completion of gravity sewer system. Almanor Group Camp is located along the northwesterly shore of Lake Almanor approximately six miles south of Chester, California. The project may be reached from Susanville, CA, by traveling west on State Highway 36 through Chester, CA, approximately two miles to State Highway 89. Go south on State Highway 89 approximately four miles to Almanor Drive. Travel southeast along Almanor Drive approximately 1/4 mile to Almanor Group Campground Site. This solicitation will be available for electronic download on or around July 10, 2009. Estimated Price Range: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
