- This is a Notice of Intent to Award for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California National Guard intends to award a contract to Fluke Electronics Corporation for the purchase of 1 each MET/BASE-L Fluke Metrology Software (part #1991912), 4 each MET/CAL-L Calibration Software User Licenses (part #1275810), and 4 each MET/TRACK-L Metrology Prop Management SW User Licenses (part #1275831). All part numbers listed are drawn from Fluke Electronics Corportation. The following provisions are hereby incorporated by reference into this solicitation: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commerical Items, 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR). Quotes are due no later than July 8, 2009 before 1:00pm PST. Quotes may be submitted via fax to 805-594-6348.
