- RECOVERY--Pre-solicitation notice for pre-fabricated concrete toilet buildings to be supplied & installed at various U.S. Army Corps of Engineers recreation areas GSA RFQ 373495: to be posted on or about 7/1/2009 This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a Request for Quotes is scheduled to be issued via GSA (www.gsaadvantage.gov) on or about 7/1/2009. This requirement is scheduled to be advertised via GSA E-Buy. The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is 327390, size standard: 500 employees. This opportunity will only be available to GSA Contractors who have accepted the conditions and reporting requirements of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and are eligible to fulfill ARRA orders. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Description of Requirement The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, intends to purchase and receive delivery and installation of three pre-fabricated concrete toilet buildings using funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The pre-fabricated concrete toilet buildings shall be installed at Swallows Park Boat Ramp and Green Belt Boat Ramp in Clarkston, Washington 99403 and at Little Goose Lock and Dam, Dayton, Washington 99328. Delivery dates shall be arranged by mutual agreement between the Government and the selected Contractor, with a date not to exceed 11/20/2009. Detailed specifications for this requirement will be included in the Request for Quotes that is scheduled to be issued via GSA (www.gsaadvantage.gov) on or about 7/1/2009.
