- The anticipated contract is for Performance Based Logistics of seventeen (17) General Electric F414 engine components. The items are as follows: (1) CASE, COMBUSTION CHAMBER, 2840 01-537-7437; (2) ROTOR, FAN, 2840 01-487-3497; (3) CASE AND VANE ASSY, 2840 01-487-3498; (4) FRAME, FRONT, 2840 01-487-3530, (5) FRAME, COMPRESSOR, 2840 01-443-5980; (6) OUTER BYPASS DUCT, 2840 01-443-4129, (7) CASE, COMBUSTION CHAMBER, 2840 01-491-3251, (8) ROTOR, COMPRESSOR, 2840 01-487-3502; (9) CASE AND VANE ASSY, 2840 01-564-8248; (10) ROTOR, TURBINE, 2840 01-487-3454; (11) LPT ROTOR ASSY, 2840 01-443-2713; (12) SUPPORT, TURBINE 2840 01-487-3474; (13) NOZZLE ASSEMBLY, TURBINE, 2840 01-487-3480; (14) SUPPORT, TURBINE, 2840 01-487-3534; (15) FRAME, EXHAUST, 2840 01-477-9948; (16) HPT NOZZLE SUPPORT, 2840 01-443-1694; (17) NOZZLE ASSEMBLY, TURBINE, 2840 01-532-5151. The awardee shall manage a pool of these 17 components to satisfy Depot requirements at a minimum of 85% first-pass and be capable of manufacturing or supplying the components and piece parts necessary necessary for repair. These 17 components are coded sole-source to General Electric. Prospecive offerors must sumbit a SAR request to become a qualified source of supply. Drawings are not available.
