- RFQ - Facilitator Services THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is a Request for Quotation, RFQ#66933. This project is set aside for a Small Business associated with NAICS 54611, $7.0 million small business size standard. The attached RFQ details the line items/quantity, description of requirements (Base Year with two Options) and all applicable clauses. Follow all instructions contained in the RFQ. Questions concerning this requirement are due not later than 7/10/09, 4:30 P.M. in accordance with the instructions found in the RFQ. Submit quotes via email by 7/17/09, 4:30 P.M. Anticipated award date is on or before 9/1/09.
