- Description
- The government intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type Contract with Firm Fixed Pricing for Shipboard Ventilation Material as required by the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) in support of the Commander, Naval Surface Forces Atlantic (COMNAVSURFLANT) Habitability Improvement Program. The delivered items shall conform to Military Performance Specifications as listed therein and as required by the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC). This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Subpart 15 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and be conducted as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The Government intends to use FAR Part 12 for this requirement. The period of performance for the resulting contract will be a base year plus the possibility for four (4) additional option years. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332322 and the corresponding Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 2040. The contractor shall provide Shipboard Light-Weight Modular Berthing Material as directed and funded on individual delivery orders. A complete RFQ package will be available on or around 05 JUNE 2008 by downloading the documents at the NECO https://www.neco.navy.mil/ and FedBizOps website as follows: http: //www.fbo.com. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, or debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency.
