- Limted Source Justification The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a Sole Source Award to BenXl Technologies, 927 Mill Creek Rd. Gladwyne PA 19035. The contractor must provide PBGC the software maintenance renewal for BenXL software for the period of performance of 08/04/2009 through 08/04/2010. BenXL Technologies is the sole source of BenXL software license and is the only known company providing maintenance support for BenXL software. The BenXl Software is used to support the West Point Stevens Pension Administration system, which was transferred to PBGC. PBGC uses the software license and receives maintenance support through BenXL Technologies. An interested party may e-mail a written capability statement with sufficient experience for these required services, which shall not exceed 3 pages in length. Interested parties may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency via email to Miller.Mark@pbgc.gov no later than 3:00 PM EDT on 07/02/2009. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued.
