- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91YTV-09-T-P010. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal applies to this acquisition. Vendors shall comply with FAR 52.211-6 if submitting other than the Brand Name product. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is: 334516; and the small business size standard is 500. Offeror shall indicate on their price quote if shipping method will be other than FOB Destination. The government anticipates awarding a single award for this requirement.
