- The Government is soliciting quotations on a total small business set aside for Mess Consumables to include: cups, lids, plastic wrap, french fry bags, and squat cups.. The items are to be delivered on a monthly basis starting July 8th, 2009 and culminating with a final delivery in September 2009; please read the solicitation carefully. This solicitation and resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation will utilize simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR 13.5, and will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable basis.
