- Schedule of Items SF 52.212-4 SF1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number AG-03R6-S-09-0091 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of a portable seismograph unit. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text format at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This procurement is being issued as a 100 % small business set-aside under NAICS code 334519 and a small business size standard of 500 employees. Region One Engineering has a need for a portable seismograph unit. Order shall be FOB Destination. Pricing shall include delivery cost. Essential requirements and schedule of items are attached. Vendor shall indicate unit prices and total quote on attached schedule of items and submit attachment with SF1449. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, and 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items are applicable. The quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Technical (non price) factors and past performance, when combined are equally as important as price. The provision at 52.212-3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATION-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (Feb 2009) is applicable and must be completed and returned with quote. A Deliver within 14 days of notice of award. Fax quotations will be accepted at (406) 329-3866. Email quotes will also be accepted. Suggest that vendors contact office to verify receipt of quote. Address all quotes to the attention of: Leta Wicka, Purchasing Agent, Western Montana Acquisition Zone (WMAZ). Clauses 52.212-4, contract Terms and conditions-Commercial Items (Mar 2009) and 2.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items (May 2009) are incorporated by reference. Additional clauses are 52.203-6 with Alternate 1, 52.219-6, 52.222-21, 52.222-22, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.222-19, 52.225-1, 52.225-2, 52.225-13, and 52.232.33. Attachments include Standard Form 1449, Schedule of Items, and Clause 52.212-3.
