Description
INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT FOR TEMPORARY SERVICES FOR THE ALBUQUERQUE DISTRICT U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS. This acquisition is a total Small Business Set-Aside. Only offers from qualified Small Business Concerns will be accepted. Offers received from concerns that are not Small Businesses shall be considered non responsive and will be rejected. NAICS is 561320/SIC 7363, with a size standard of $13,500,000.00. The award of this contract will be a Base Year of a Not-to-Exceed amount of $1,000,000.00, with two option years, each with a Not-to-Exceed amount of $1,000,000.00. The successful firm for this project is guaranteed no less than $12,000.00 for the basic year, and if the options are exercised, the firm shall be guaranteed $6,000.00 for each option year. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED on or about JUNE 26, 2009, WITH OFFERORS DUE on or about JULY 27, 2009. This solicitation will not be issued on paper. THE CONTRACT shall consist of assisting managers of the various offices of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Pacific Division, and district offices within the South Pacific Division, in analyzing the workload needs and in identifying and defining specific tasks that are not inherently governmental. The contractor will assist the managers in identifying the skills necessary to perform the specified tasks. The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, administrative support, consultation, transportation (if required), and lodging (if required) in support of this non-personal services contract for temporary employment and employment consultation services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers South Pacific Division (CESPD). THE PROJECT will be advertised as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Proposed procurement will result in a firm-fixed price contract. Proposals will be evaluated based on performance factors that will appear in the solicitation, once it has been issued. Additionally, a paper form for registration may be obtained from the DoD Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-800-334-3414. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only. Notification of amendments shall be made via Internet only, as well. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the following address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. For security reasons, all technical and engineering data related to this solicitation will be distributed using the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. ASFI is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet AFTER SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. All offerors are encouraged to visit the ASFI Website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi to view other business opportunities. Offerors are advised that this requirement may be delayed, cancelled, or revised at any time during the solicitation, or final award process, and is subject to the availability of funds.
