Description

RECOVERY –THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA). PUBLIC LAW 111-5. THE PROJECT SHALL BE FUNDED UNDER THE ARRA. This opportunity is available only to contractors under the GSA Schedule “Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS), FSC Group 874. The NAICS Code is 541611 with a size standard of $7M. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) seeks to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Grants Specialists Support Services to assist the NIST Grants and Management and Agreements Division (GAMD) with projects funded by ARRA funds. The services required include grants management support to assist the NIST Grants and Agreement Division (GAMD) with all aspects of the discretionary grant and agreements process in accordance with applicable statutes and regulations including, but not limited to, pre-award, award, administration and closeout. The Government anticipates establishing a single 3 year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as a result of its Request for Quotation and that Call Orders against the BPA will be firm fixed price. The estimated value of the BPA is $1,500,000.00. The solicitation will be issued to those contractors identified under the GSA Schedule MOBIS, FSC Group 874, on or about July 6, 2009.
