- 448 SCMG/PKBB STAFF DR STE 1AF1/98C TINKER AFB OK 73145-3032 F101/102, Flameholder, Afterbu 1. Estimated issue date: 13 Ju1 09, Estimated closing/response date: 12 Aug 09 2. PR#: FD2030-10-70033 3. This is a spares requirement. 4. AMC- 1C 5. F101/102 Flameholder, Afterbu 6. NSN: 2840-01-146-9472JF 7. P/N: 5050M72G05 8. Description: Built of 3 Sub Assemblies (1) Inner (1) Outer and (28) Radial gutters making the whole assembly. The function of the Flameholder is to maintain flame pattern in the Exhaust Duct just aft of the mixer. The dimensions are overall length 11.730" nominal and overall width 2.580" min and 2.620" maximum. Special Features: 22.300 - 23.540" radius up to the thermal coating. The material Doc and classification: AMS 5536 ASSN Standard Single Material Response Flameholder. 9. Quantity: Anticipated quantity ranges are 33 ea to 87 ea, 88 ea to 142 ea, and 143 ea to 195 ea. The best estimated quantity is 130 ea but the actual quantity will be determined at time of award. A Government First Article Test will be required for if the contractor has not made this item within the last 36 months. 10. Application: F101/102 Engine 11. Destination: Tinker AFB OK 12. Delivery: 20 ea per month starting 31 Oct 2011 13. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. To be eligible for contract award, the offeror must be an approved source IAW FAR 52.209-1, Qualification Requirements. 14. Export Control: Data is export controlled. The solicitation/procurement data list is approved for release only to U.S. DoD contractors who are registered and certified with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). Submission of DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, with your request for the solicitation is required as specified in the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), 22 CFR Sections 121 through 128. The technical data will be posted on the www.fbo.gov website and will not be available until the solicitation is posted. 15. UID: If unit price exceeds $5,000 then UID requirements will apply 16. Additional Information: See notes: 26 Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
