- Statement of Work The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue on a sole source basis a firm-fixed price contract to Mr. Ed McMahon, Mr. Evan Hineman, and Ms. Mary-Margaret Graham for their Subject-Matter Expertise, knowledge, experience, and familiarity to provide specialty advice to the Director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) responsible for tasking, processing, exploitation, and dissemination of Geospatial Products for the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. This is a limited source action with three independent contractor's who possess the unique qualifications required by the NGA in accordance with FAR PART 13, they are the only sources capable of providing the unique required knowledge in areas of transformation and strategic initiatives for NGA. This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541618, Other Management Consulting Services. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with limited sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. Telephone requests will not be considered.
