- This amendment provides the solicitation document as referenced in the pre-solicitation notice for professional services for technical non-personnel services in support of data management support services to Office Infrastructure Protection (OIP)/Infrastructure Information Collection Division (IICD). This acquisition is issued as an 8a competitive award. Interested Offerors may submit a proposal in accordance with the RFP. All questions concerning this competition must be directed in writing via email to Iann.Washington@dhs.gov. No questions or inquiries will be accepted by telephone or fax. The distribution of the resulting solicitation will be accomplished solely through the FedBizOpps website http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation documents will not be available. Therefore, no written, telephone, or facsimile requests for the documents will be accepted. The FedBizOpps site provides downloading instructions.
