- RECOVERY--TYMX623663--Repair/Maintain Base Chilled Water Loop, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. Description: The contractor shall install chill water conduit from Chill Water Plant, building 991 to building 738, traveling East along I Street Center. The contractor shall also install 12-inch chill water conduit from building 738 to building 395. The contractor shall connect the chill water conduit to buildings 399, 700, 720, 598, 592, 581, 575, 28, 8, and hangars 13, 12, 7, 6 and 4. The contractor shall install all required fittings, valves, valve boxes, cathodic protection and other necessary equipment, and trench pavement and grass, assuring utilities are undisturbed. The contractor shall also consider pipe design for future installations along 5th Street West, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas.
