- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Ann Arbor Healthcare System intends to issue a solicitation requesting bids to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision to modify the supply, return, and exhaust system serving Room FG 100 in Building 28 of the medical center in accordance with solicitation specifications. A complete Statement of Work will be included in the solicitation document that will be available on Fedbizopps on or about April 10, 2009. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend a site visit on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at 10:00 am at the Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105. Contractors shall meet in Room 201 of Building 3 at 10:00am. Contractors shall contact Patricia Fox, Contracting Officer to indicate their interest in attending the walk through. Requests, in the form of an e-mail message to patricia.fox2@va.gov, must be received by the Contracting Officer no later than Monday, April 13, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Solicitation responses will be due in the Contracting Office no later than Monday, May 11, 2009 at 2:00 pm local time. The bid opening will be held at the VISN Logistics Office, located at 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Lobby M, Suite M2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. Telegraphic, email, and facsimile bids are prohibited. This procurement is 100% set aside for service-disabled, veteran-owned, small business (SDVOSB). The NAICS code is 238220. The associated size standard for this procurement is $14 million dollars in average gross annual receipts for the preceding three years. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.
