- The USDA Forest Service, Superior National Forest anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal for recreational residence appraisals. In order to receive award under this RFP the successful offeror shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database, have completed the online representations and certifications (www.orca.gove) and be a certified 100% small business. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Forest Service. This is a solicitation document, it includes specifications of project. Proposal are due by July 22, 2009.
