- This notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration intends to award a firm fixed price task order for engineering services to investigate and provide recommendations for optimizing building performance and energy conservation at the following locations: US Courthouse – Covington, KY Post Office Courthouse – Lexington, KY Courthouse – London, KY Romano Mazzoli Federal Building – Louisville, KY Federal Building Post Office Courthouse – Greenville, MS Clifford Davis-Odel Horton Federal Building – Memphis, TN This task order will be issued against existing Nationwide contracts which have already been competed under the Brooks Act and awarded as Architect and Engineering, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contracts.
