Description
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number is H92242-09-T-0660. This solicitation documents incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-23, dated 26 December 2007 and DFARS Change Notice 20080110. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: http://farsite.hill.af.mil and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The NAICS code is 334419, the Size Standard is 500. The Naval Special Warfare Group 4 requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing MATERIALS AND LABOR TO INSTALL ONE (1) EACH SHOCK RECORDING DEVISE. The recording device must constantly measure motion to specifications, as outlined within, and must record data for at least one (1) Month. Total recorded events for one month or until data storage is full will be 226,800 to 302,400 for duration of.25 second minimum for each event. The Personal Computer Software Application must be able to retrieve data from devise and display data in a line type chart graph for reviewing of data. Devise must be delivered for test and evaluation within 90 days of awarded contract. Specifications: Measurement: 6 Degree-of-Freedom Impact (3 translational, 3 rotational) Range: up to 75g Sampling Rate: 20KHz minimum (w/proper anti-alias filtering) Resolution: 12 bit minimum Record Trigger: selectable from 1.5g Event Duration: minimum 0.25 second and up Frequency of Events: up to 30-40 per minute Duration of Usage: 6hrs/day, 21 days/month Recording Time: for at least 1 month Enclosure: waterproof min IP67 or NEMA 6P Power: preferably internal power source or 24V, 1A Maximum Size: 1176 cubic inches or less Weight: 5 lbs or less. This requirement is FOB Destination. FOB is DEST. EVALUATION OF BIDS WILL BE THE LOWEST BIDDER MEETING ALL SPECIFICATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK.
