- RECOVERY-- NZAS002003A - Repair Launch Facility Electrical Grounds - Malmstrom AFB, MT - The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the repair Launch Facility (LF) electrical grounds on various missile sites on Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to repair LF electrical grounds in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 17 Apr 2009. The Request For Proposal will close on or about 18 May 2009. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred and fifty (150) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed may be issued within 10 days after award. The anticipated magnitude or this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This acquisition is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business in accordance with FAR 19.1405. The Request For Proposal is available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://ccr.gov/). All responsible sources may submit an offer good through 29 Dec 2009, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA.
