- In accordance with FAR 6.302-3, the VAMC Washington, DC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Iris International, Inc. This will be a firm-fixed price contract for reagents that will work in conjunction with the iQ200 currently being utilized. This is not a solicitation or a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government. Responses must be received no later than 07/06/2009 by 8:00AM, E.S.T. No telephone inquires will be accepted.
