- Past Performance Questionnaire Statement of Work (Maintenance Contract) RFQP0700CC0900004 - Maintenance Contract to Support Non-Lethal/Lethal Fence System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for a short term maintenance contract to support four Non-Lethal/Lethal Fence Systems in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A firm fixed contract will be awarded with a period of performance not to exceed 90 days after award. All responses must be in writing and delivery via fax (202-616-6055), attention John G. Hume or by email to jhume@bop.gov on indicated response date in the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
